 I have a lot of buyers that are looking for homes that are not currently listed and it may be your property they are looking for. Sellers keep in mind that EVERY Home and Commercial listing I had in 2007 SOLD in 2007 or was pending in 2007 and closed in January 2008. A lot of my requests are from would be 1st time home owners. They are usually men and women serving our country here at the Minot Air Force Base. They have no idea what to expect and are usually a little disappointed after going to the bank to pre-qualify. If you have a home that these folks can afford and not spend the rest of their lives fixing I would like to hear from you. If you are considering listing a home located somewhere between Minot and Bismarck you should know that I have a partner who works out of a Bismarck office and we will jointly list your property so it ends up in BOTH the Minot and Bismarck MLS.
