*1) The purchase of this electric scooter taught me that RAZOR is absolutely the WORST company in the world when it comes to customer service. I purchased the product in an unopened case for Tina's 8th birthday. It was missing a little plastic part that most likely cost RAZOR 25 cents. That plastic part is essential to the steering of the scooter. It took 4 weeks and the help of the ND States Attorney Consumer Protection Division to get that essential part that RAZOR did not put in the box in the 1st place. The lesson is buy a Schwinn! They may be twice as much but chances are you will not get the same rude dis-service RAZOR provides. Happy Birthday to Tina one month late, thanks to the rude folks at RAZOR.
*2) Notice the cast? No he did not try his sisters piece of crap RAZOR scooter. Timmothy learned the lesson of gravity while running back and forth on a 3' high retaining wall. Unfortunately the sidewalk below won that battle. Of course this happened the day after school let out so he will have to wear the cast most of the summer. As he is right handed he is now learning to be ambidextrous.
